Why I joined Sigmas: "I didn't intend on joining Sigmas, or rather, any Greek organization until I attended my first event. Not only were the sisters friendly and inviting, but the basis of the organization added to the already welcoming atmosphere, drawing me back for more. After interacting with the sisters, I realized how I've been missing some commonalities from my life, which they made up for. Joining Sigmas has given me a better sense of belonging and friendships I believe will hold stronger than most."

Why I joined Sigmas: “I always felt that I was not doing a lot while in college. Before Sigmas, I felt that my life was a series of repetitious activities: class, homework, job, sleep. To change the repetition, I would try to attend clubs that my friends are involved in, however, I never felt as connected with them as my friends did. This changed after I found Sigmas. I felt that this was somewhere I belonged and where I could grow to be a better version of myself.”
