Why I joined Sigmas: "I saw the Sigmas table during Involvement Fair and the sisters were very nice. I gave them my contact information and they texted me to come and get free bubble tea at their rush event. I love bubble tea so I was sold. When I went to the event I loved how Sigmas from different schools came and how close the bond was with all of them. I wanted to have these bonds too. I have a strong interest in Asian culture being mixed Jamaican and Chinese, however I never got to meet my Chinese side of the family. After joining, Sigmas became my family. Best decision I ever made."

Why I joined Sigmas: "When I first met a handful of sisters here, I could immediately tell they were different, in so many ways. Everyone was so genuine and down-to-earth, actually taking the time to talk to me as opposed to shoving a rush flyer in my face and turning away. After joining, the fact that I made the right decision was even further affirmed. Every sister is driven, dedicated and, even more importantly, unique! None of us fit the bill for a typical "sorority girl", and that is why I love us. We all look and think differently yet unite together to create one amazing unit."
